Litigation Paralegal + Expanding & Dynamic Firm + Omaha

This is an opportunity with our client for an experienced litigation paralegal who wants to be deeply embedded in cases from the first filing through trial, not stuck on the sidelines.
You’ll work side-by-side with attorneys on active disputes, managing document-heavy matters, coordinating trial logistics, and keeping cases moving forward in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle—from discovery through trial
- Managing complex case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
- Organizing, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of documents
- Assisting with witness coordination, interviews, and scheduling
- Preparing trial materials, exhibits, and binders for hearings and trial
- Communicating with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and internal teams
- Accurately tracking time and managing multiple active cases simultaneously
What They’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on litigation paralegal experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Confident legal writing, organization, and analytical skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Professional communication style and commitment to confidentiality
Nice to Have
- Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience preparing trial exhibits and coordinating courtroom logistics
