Compensation and Benefits: 
  • Average annual compensation of $75,000-$175,000 commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Wisconsin Bar license in good standing.

  • 1–2 years of litigation experience; family law preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and dedication to client service.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Strength in daily innovation, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in family law matters with professionalism and advocacy.

  • Proactively manage complex cases from initiation to resolution, applying strategic insight and empathetic client support.

  • Communicate clearly, consistently, and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of court procedures and county-specific rules.

  • Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met.

  • Maintain organized case files and documentation to support seamless workflow and compliance.

  • Learn and apply the implications of fixed-fee representation.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, refine strategies, and deliver high-quality representation.
