We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.<\/span><\/span>

<\/div>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida -based Family Law Paralegal with Court experience in <\/span><\/span><\/span>Palm Beach, Broward and Miami -Dade Counties.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10 hours per week.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas<\/span>
<\/span> - Tri -County Court Experience(<\/span><\/span>Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>)<\/span><\/span><\/div>

- Familiar with all aspects of Family Law<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Strong research and writing skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.<\/span><\/span><\/div>
