Job Description

This Top-tier law firm is seeking a Patent Associate Attorney to join its thriving national patent litigation and transactional practice. This position offers the opportunity to focus on high-stakes patent litigation for a national and international client base. You will also have patent preparation and prosecution and other transactional matters too.

This is an opportunity to work with a superb law firm handling a multidisciplinary practice.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of intellectual property litigation and transactional experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused, team-oriented environment
Compensation

This firm offers a competitive compensation structure with an anticipated salary range of $230,000-280,000, based on experience, skills and academic credentials among other factors.

Hybrid Schedule
