This position is within the Court Interpreter Certification and Regulation Program, which is responsible for qualifying and regulating spoken language court interpreters for the Florida State Courts System. The role requires strong organizational planning, effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks, proficient data management, keen attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, adaptability, a customer service-oriented approach, teamwork, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Salary- $16.56/hour
High school diploma or GED and an additional six months of college or vocational school education in office skills, computer operations or closely related field.
Six months of related work experience.
Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.
Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis.
CompetenciesThe ideal candidate should possess knowledge of relevant software applications, including MS Office, demonstrate proficiency in email and internet use, have accurate keyboarding skills, and be familiar with office management systems, procedures, and administrative practices.
