Job Description
We are excited to announce openings at Enduring Solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing legal research and analysis to craft effective strategies for civil litigation cases.
- Managing a variety of transactional matters such as forming businesses, offering general legal advice, and processing trademark applications.
- Creating and evaluating legal documents, which encompass discovery materials, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Advocating for clients throughout all court proceedings from the beginning of a case through to appeals.
- Effectively communicating with clients, opposing legal counsel, and other members of the firm.
- Working in cooperation with senior attorneys and various team members.
- Keeping abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments that may present opportunities or challenges for our clients.
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Current membership with the California State Bar.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Proficient research and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience in law enforcement defense is an added advantage.
