Job Description

HOUGUM LAW FIRM, LLC

COO / INTEGRATOR

THE PERSON

Are you a self-starter who leads by example with a driven, proactive approach? Do you provide consistency and reliability to your team? Are you a professional who values trust and discretion? If you’re an organized, intelligent operations leader, with a positive, process-focused mindset, we want to hear from you!

Our ideal COO / Integrator embodies:

  • Accountability. You establish expectations for yourself and others, excel at achieving goals, approach mistakes with humility, and focus on growth. By holding yourself and your team accountable, you foster a culture of ownership.
  • Emotional Intelligence. You balance compassion and active listening with a calm and level-headed demeanor, guiding your team towards ambitious goals. While empathetic, you maintain objectivity and handle difficult conversations effectively.
  • A Global Perspective. With marketplace awareness, you understand the current state of the organization and the path to its future. You stay informed about trends that affect success and guide strategic decisions accordingly.
  • Adaptability. You navigate organizational changes with agility, ensuring that flexibility does not undermine established processes. You excel in creating, implementing, and adhering to processes that drive efficiency while adapting to new challenges.
  • Tactful and Direct Communication. You approach tough conversations with respect and professionalism, prioritizing productive dialogue over confrontation. You can provide critical feedback, when necessary.  You are a team player, but not simply a “yes” person.
  • Mentorship. You empower your team, identify strengths, and create opportunities for growth. You lead through delegating, encourage development without micromanaging, and enable others to take ownership of their work.

Our ideal COO / Integrator is not only a leader but a true advocate for accountability, adaptability, and ownership within the team. You thrive on cultivating a culture where each team member feels invested in the organization’s success. With your empathy, decisiveness, and ability to remain composed under pressure, you will prepare the organization for future success while helping your team achieve their highest potential. If this resonates with you, apply today!
