The primary responsibility of the Contracts Specialist/Paralegal, Strategic Markets is to provide substantive support for the generation and negotiation of Strategic Markets contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking professional who is ready and able to exercise independent judgment in contract creation and review, think creatively, and work well with both internal and external clients.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Generate and review Strategic Market client contracts and contract amendments, including Administrative Services Agreements, Pricing Addenda, and Business Associate Agreements
- Monitor contract status and follow up on outstanding items
- Support development of policies and procedures for Strategic Markets client contracting
- Support development of templates for Strategic Markets contracts
- Manage client signature process for Client-facing contracts
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience as an contracts administrator, contract specialist or contracts paralegal in a corporate setting
- Bachelor’s degree
- Accustomed to working in a team environment including participants without legal backgrounds
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to meet timelines
- Highly organized, fast learner, responsive, and client-service oriented
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including ability to professionally compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely, including with management and external clients.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $62,400 - $75,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
