Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and argue motions in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
- Represent clients in court trials and hearings.
- Conduct and manage depositions effectively.

- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the State Bar of Texas.
- Experience and Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
- Proficiency in drafting motions and conducting depositions.
- Hands-on experience navigating court proceedings and representing clients in trials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
