Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-level Bankruptcy | Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role involves managing a range of responsibilities, including drafting and arguing motions, preparing for court trials, conducting depositions, and providing strategic legal counsel on bankruptcy and commercial litigation cases.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and argue motions in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
  • Represent clients in court trials and hearings.
  • Conduct and manage depositions effectively.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategy for bankruptcy and business dispute cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active admission to the State Bar of Texas.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Strong knowledge and experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
    • Proficiency in drafting motions and conducting depositions.
    • Hands-on experience navigating court proceedings and representing clients in trials.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
