Global law firm, full lifecycle real estate practice.
Key Responsibilities
- 6–10 years commercial real estate experience
- Advising developers, investors, lenders, tenants on complex transactions
- Negotiating construction loans, term loans, leases, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures
- Land use, zoning, construction contracts, and dispute experience
- Additional Information: Counsel can progress to Senior Counsel; potential future Partnership track
