Client satisfaction is our top priority. The firm works one on one with the adjuster and the employer to ensure quality work product and quick results in defending a claim. After review of the case, a written claim evaluation is sent to the client with a summary of the allegations, benefits history, medical synopsis and discussion of important issues, including any subrogation potential that may be involved. Comments and recommendations are made on how to resolve the claim in an expeditious, cost effective manner and a summary is provided to the client via telephone or mail every 30 to 60 days.
All of our attorneys have an extensive background in Workers’ Compensation defense, many with experience as both in-house and private counsel.
