We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as In-House Attorney. Reporting to the SVP Legal Americas, this full-time and permanent position is based in United States and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Legal Department and it’s growth.
Purpose of Role
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing commercial contracts, providing legal advice on various in-house matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in a reputable law firm.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Legal Advice and Support: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments within the company on a broad range of legal issues, including intellectual property, employment law, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims (and any subpoena for document production), working with external counsel as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for employees on legal and compliance matters. Conduct training for sales teams on sales contracting process.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and correspondence. Prepare reports for senior management as required.

Relevant Experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in a reputable law firm, focusing on commercial contracts and corporate law.
Education and Professional Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant state(s).
