The Legal Office is looking for an Associate Counsel who will...

  • Advise assigned offices on legal responsibilities & authority for housing programs under federal & state laws
  • Draft, review & assist in negotiating agency contracts & agreements
  • Facilitate responses to public records requests
  • Draft loan documents, instruments, amendments & releases related to housing assistance programs
  • Review & assist in drafting of proposed legislation & administrative rules

  • This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Qualifications:

  • License to Practice Law in Ohio

    Background & Drug Test Requirements
