Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a highly-skilled IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join their rapidly expanding IP Litigation practice. This opportunity is available across several key office locations including Austin, Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington, D.C.
Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

3+ years of substantive experience in patent litigation.

Strong technical background, ideally with an undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related discipline.

Proven experience representing clients in complex IP disputes, including district court litigation and proceedings before the PTAB.

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage and execute all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in high-stakes patent litigation matters in federal court and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of attorneys and technical advisors to develop and execute litigation strategies.

Analyze complex technical information and work with expert witnesses.

Participate in case strategy, depositions, hearings, and trial work.

Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic insight.
