Title: Litigation Law Clerk
Schedule: Part Time, In-Person, Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri, between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location: Claremont, California
Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP is looking for a Part Time Litigation Law Clerk for our Claremont office. As a Law Clerk you will play a vital role in supporting our litigation team by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with case preparation. This hands-on opportunity will allow you to gain valuable insight into insurance bad faith and personal injury law while working alongside experienced attorneys in a fast-paced, high-impact legal environment.

What you’ll Do:
- Conduct legal research and draft memos, summaries, and case analysis
- Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, and motion writing
- Organize case files and review legal documents
- Participate in case strategy meetings and observe depositions or hearings when appropriate
- Perform administrative legal support and assist with general case management
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and discretion
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Current law student (rising 1L or 2L preferred); strong interest in litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises good judgment
- Prior law office experience preferred but not required.
