Job Description
San Francisco based boutique law firm, specializing in representing the rights of those injured by others, is seeking an associate attorney to join their team.
The successful candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, plaintiffs' side highly preferred, but the firm will consider candidates who have a defense background, who are passionate about plaintiffs' rights.
This attorney will be responsible for drafting motions, mediation briefs, conducting and defending depositions, propounding and responding to discovery, attending hearings, assisting with trials, and working directly with clients.
The firm tries cases regularly so this is a great opportunity to obtain hands-on trial experience.
Candidates must be in the San Francisco Bay Area, in-office work required.
