Job Description
Seeking a skilled Attorney with experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law to join the legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, with expertise in secured creditor issues and insolvency matters. This role requires bar admission in Georgia (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts) along with CM | ECF filing credentials.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience representing creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
- Admission to the Georgia Bar (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts required).
- CM | ECF electronic filing credentials.
- Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues and bankruptcy litigation.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with precision.
