Job Overview

As an Executive Assistant at Elation Property Management, you will work directly with company leadership to support administrative operations and ensure organizational efficiency. Duties

  • Supporting the daily operations of executive staff
  • Filing, organizing, and retrieving legal documents in coordination with the legal team
  • Implementing policy changes and maintaining up-to-date employee and operations handbooks
  • Drafting organizational documents, agreements, and legal filings
  • Preparing financial analysis for executives and investors
  • Coordinating signature collection for investor documents, resolutions, loan documents, and related materials
  • Developing investor communications using PowerPoint and other platforms
  • Managing expenses and spending on behalf of executive staff
  • Facilitating new employee onboarding and phone system management
  • Preparing project books for prospective investors
  • Calculating quarterly bonuses for property managers
  • Assisting with pricing analysis for new properties
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining property and asset management agreements

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in computer systems, technology management, and troubleshooting
  • Office experience encompassing data entry, filing, contract management, and general administrative functions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to advance tasks and resolve issues with minimal oversight
  • Paralegal experience is a significant asset
