Business Immigration Attorney

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Immigration Attorney” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We're currently seeking a creative and experienced Immigration Attorney who has minimum of 4 year experience to join our team and contribute significantly to the expansion and management of our legal department. 

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of business immigration matters
• Prepare and file petitions and applications with USCIS, DOL, and other relevant government agencies.
• Draft and review legal documents including support letters, forms, briefs, and RFE responses.
• Analyze client eligibility and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with corporate clients and individual beneficiaries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay current on immigration law and policy changes and share insights with the team.
• Assist in streamlining and automating workflows to increase legal team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Active and good standing membership in a U.S. state bar (New Jersey preferred).
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience practicing U.S. business immigration law
• Experience in H-2B and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions preffered.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality legal work.
• Comfortable using technology and legal practice management systems; enthusiasm for process improvement is a plus.
