We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ohio -based Intellectual Property Attorney<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Attorney Requirements:
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>

- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
<\/div>

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in <\/span>Intellectual Property<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Law
<\/div>

- Trademark and copyright clearance, registration, transfer, and licensing
<\/div>

- Reviewing, drafting and advising clients about crucial contracts like Professional Services
<\/div>

Agreements and Independent Contractor Agreements
<\/div>

- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing advertising, social media marketing, and
<\/div>

influencer marketing, ideally including marketing campaign review experience
- <\/span><\/span>Trademark / Copyright - specifically related to marketing agencies and other professional services
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> - Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
