Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with prior experience as a Legal Assistant to provide administrative and document support for a busy professional office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proven expertise in legal document preparation, and proficiency with CRM tools. This role requires adaptability, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with the existing team to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format legal documents into final form for review and delivery.
- Use CRM tools to manage client information, track progress, and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with the attorney and existing assistants to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Assist with administrative tasks that complement the skills of the current assistants.
- Follow established processes where available, and adapt as processes are developed or improved.
- 1+ years of experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal administrative role.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and other productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Background in estate planning, probate, or business law.
- Experience with legal document formatting and proofreading.
- Familiarity with case management software.
