Corporate Attorney: Classes of 2024-2025

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the San Francisco office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice. Associates with one to two years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience representing high growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $235,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
