As we continue to grow and expand our reach in personal injury litigation, we are seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to play a pivotal role in supporting our mission. This position is essential to ensuring the seamless management of cases and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence and client trust.

What you’ll do:

• Case Management: Oversee personal injury cases from initiation to resolution, managing case progression, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and coordinating all necessary steps in the litigation process.
• Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update case files to ensure all records are accurate, compliant with legal procedures, and easily accessible for the legal team.
• Draft Legal Documents: Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and correspondence, ensuring precision and adherence to court rules and jurisdictional requirements.
• Discovery & Trial Preparation: Coordinate the discovery process, prepare for trials and hearings, by organizing evidence, and assist attorneys with case strategy and courtroom logistics.
• Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing trial binders, witness lists, and exhibits. Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and court personnel to ensure seamless logistics for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Provide in-court support by managing exhibits and aiding in evidence presentation.
• Client Communication & Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between clients and the attorney, handling inquiries, providing updates, and building trust through clear and consistent communication. Act as a client advocate by managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of service throughout their legal journey.

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in litigation, preferably in personal injury. A strong understanding of case life cycles, legal terminology, and processes is essential.
• Communication Skills: Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness in all interactions.
• Self-Starter: Demonstrates initiative, confidently anticipates and addresses case needs, and makes independent decisions without requiring constant guidance. Balances independence with the awareness to seek help when necessary, ensuring tasks are handled effectively.
• Problem-Solver: Demonstrated ability to anticipate case needs, identify challenges, and confidently propose actionable solutions that align with case strategy.
• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrates the ability to anticipate the progression of cases, understand case life cycles, and proactively plan next steps to ensure seamless case management and successful outcomes.
• Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrates a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service, inspiring trust and confidence, and consistently prioritizing client needs with empathy and dedication.
