Driven by innovation, game integrity, and exceptional customer experiences, we are on a mission to set new standards in online gaming. We are seeking In-House Counsel to join our dynamic team. This key role will help shape our platform architecture, design, and development, driving innovation while ensuring the highest technical standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic risk advisor – provide legal and business guidance, not just legal opinions.
- Handle contractual sweepstakes compliance, gaming regulations, and promotional law.
- Navigate employment law matters, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing deals.
- Work in the gray areas of gaming law, helping the business stay innovative while mitigating risk.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors and leverage existing resources for efficiency.
- Assist with corporate governance, risk management, and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with sweepstakes, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.
- Be a key player in shaping business strategies, not just a legal cog in the machine.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4-8 years of experience in general business law, with a focus on gaming, media, entertainment, or tech startups.
- Background in Big Law preferred, but ready to escape traditional practice.
- Strong experience in gaming and sweepstakes law is a huge plus.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, employment law, and risk management.
- A proactive, business-first mindset—comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments.
- NOT a litigator—we are looking for a strategic legal partner, not trial experience.
- Highly independent, capable of handling a wide range of legal responsibilities.
- Excited about flexible, remote work with a lot of responsibility and room to grow.
$200,000 - $300,000 a year
