Job Summary:
The Commercial Insurance / Construction Attorney will have the ability to work effectively as a team member while also handling an individual caseload from start to finish. The Attorney must be committed to achieving excellent results for our clients through intelligent and aggressive advocacy in civil and insurance matters, possess an exceptional work ethic, be self-motivated, and project a positive attitude. The Attorney must have excellent oral advocacy skills, impeccable writing skills, and know their way around the courtroom. The Attorney must be comfortable providing leadership and working collaboratively with Paralegals and Legal Assistants to move the case to a successful completion. The ideal candidate MUST be able to handle a case from start to finish and take initiative on work that needs to be done with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
**Must be an active member, in good standing of the State Bar of Texas
**7+ years experience in Insurance Coverage (Construction) Civil Litigation
