Will be skilled at drafting and prosecuting patent applications (both US and OUS originating), identifying patentable subject matter, harvesting inventions from research disclosures, collaborating with technology and business personnel to develop and to execute patent filing and prosecution strategies and working well in a team-oriented environment. Experience with patentability and freedom to operate studies and analyses, IP-related agreements (e.g. licensing, JDAs) and/or IP litigation would be a plus. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
A Juris Doctor of Law is required with experience with patent prosecution. Must be a member of a state bar. Must be registered as patent attorney with USPTO.
