Legal/Compliance - AVP, Enterprise Risk Management

AVP, Enterprise Risk Management Hybrid | San Diego, CA  Compensation: $117,000 - $147,000 annually  Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.    As an AVP, Enterprise Risk Management, you won't just be identifying risks. This is a great opportunity to really have an impact on an organization and in an established Legal and Compliance Team for a well-respected, established credit union in San Diego County known for its community and member centered focus.  What You'll Bring  8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk, audit, compliance, legal, or a related function within a regulated financial environment Strong track record leading enterprise risk assessments and advising senior leadership Experience influencing cross-functional initiatives and operating independently in complex environments Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus Relevant professional certification required (RIMS-CRMP preferred; FRM, PRM, CRCM, CRM, or similar accepted) Credit union or financial services experience strongly preferred What We Offer A great work environment – our Team Members say so – we’ve won Top Workplaces 5 years including 2026!
