As Executive Assistant / Paralegal, you’ll play an essential role in supporting senior leadership, driving organization and execution, and contributing to the success of a dynamic and growing organization.
Your Role:
As the Executive Assistant / Paralegal, your role includes providing high-level administrative, operational, and project-based support to the General Counsel while ensuring seamless coordination, organization, and execution across key initiatives.
This role is designed with flexibility in mind and may be structured as an Executive Assistant, Paralegal, or a hybrid of both—based on the strengths of the selected candidate. The focus is on execution, organization, and support within a legal environment, rather than requiring a specific legal background.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and support project execution, tracking timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups under the direction of the SVP General Counsel
- Serve as a liaison between legal leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings including agendas, materials, and action items
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation processes
- Assist with administrative and operational workflows within the Legal function
- Support expense tracking, invoice coordination, and reporting
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage multiple priorities while anticipating needs and ensuring timely execution of tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, Paralegal, or similar support role
- Background in legal environments is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support senior leadership with professionalism and confidence
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new tools and technologies
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a corporate environment
