Litigation Associate – Commercial Litigation

Location: Newtown, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial, real estate, and creditors’ rights litigation.

• Draft pleadings, conduct written discovery, and take and defend depositions.

• Handle oral motion hearings, negotiations, and trial proceedings.

• Manage real estate and equipment lease disputes, commercial foreclosures, replevin actions, and bankruptcy litigation.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate and/or creditors’ rights litigation experience.

• Trial experience, including taking at least two cases to conclusion as first or second chair.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and drafting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required; New Jersey or New York admission is a plus.

Salary

• $130,000 - $150,000/year
