Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications including phone calls, emails, mail, and faxes. Ensure prompt and professional resolution of inquiries.
Review, interpret, and prioritize incoming documentation; summarize or direct the information to appropriate team members. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date case records.
Regularly handle confidential and sensitive case materials, which may include graphic descriptions of traumatic events.
Conduct thorough and empathetic interviews with clients and third parties, preserving a high level of accuracy and discretion.
Organize and participate in meetings, taking detailed notes and preparing follow-up documentation as needed.
Collect and track case-related materials such as medical records and other supporting documents.
Communicate within established firm protocols while working independently to meet deadlines and client needs.
Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, simplifying complex legal terminology and building strong, trust-based client relationships through compassionate and clear communication.
Maintain accurate case documentation and handle day-to-day case tasks.
Provide general administrative support, including typing, transcribing, translating, and filing.
Prioritize and manage urgent tasks and other case-related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or certification in paralegal studies.
1–2 years of experience in a senior customer service, legal support, or paralegal role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word), able to type at a minimum of 65 words per minute.
Experienced in using email, case management software, or similar data entry platforms.
Must successfully complete a background check and any required pre-employment assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Background in social work or client advocacy.
Prior experience working in mass tort litigation is a strong plus.
