Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President—Litigation and Compliance to join its legal leadership team. This pivotal role combines commercial litigation expertise with deep knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance, supporting Genpact’s operations as a global technology and professional services leader.

The AVP will advise senior executives on a broad spectrum of U.S. legal and compliance matters, including consumer protection, financial services regulations, cybersecurity, sanctions, export controls, and antitrust. The role involves managing commercial disputes, responding to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks. The AVP will also lead a team of attorneys and compliance professionals across the U.S. and Latin America, ensuring Genpact’s business practices align with evolving legal requirements.

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Litigation & Compliance, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, issue-spotting, and collaborative skills, thriving in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Experience in litigation and compliance within professional services, insurance, financial services, healthcare, or technology is essential, as is prior management of legal professionals. The ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and provide practical, business-oriented advice is critical.
