Hill Ward Henderson seeks qualified paralegal candidates for their Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights/General Litigation Department supporting multiple attorneys. This is an in-office position. Candidates should have the following:
Description:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing bankruptcy-related documents.
- Gather, review, and organize case-related information and documentation.
- Maintain and update case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Draft and review legal documents such as motions and briefs.
- Support the discovery process and manage case deadlines.
- Stay current on changes in bankruptcy rules and procedures.
Requirements:
- Three years’ experience in a commercial or civil litigation practice.
- Knowledge of Federal and Florida state court rules is strongly desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with a Document Management System is a plus.
