Associate Attorney - 2-7 Yrs Experience - Professional Liability - Pittsburgh, PA

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Professional Liability attorney with two to seven years of legal experience for its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. This position offers the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth.

We are seeking candidates who have an interest in varied professional liability defense areas including architects, engineers and construction defect litigation, as well as real estate errors and omissions. Prior experience in defending design professionals and contractors in complex, construction litigation is preferred but not required.

Candidates must possess strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills and have experience in early phases of litigation including written discovery, depositions and motion practice. The candidate can expect to work within a litigation group that will nourish their development. It is not immediately expected that the candidate will be able to independently manage their own cases from inception to trial.
