Job Description

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Tallahassee office for a full-time, experienced Litigation Paralegal. Position requires 5+ years of complex litigation practice experience (state and federal court). The ideal candidate must have keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Position is a hybrid position that involves legal-assistant duties in addition to paralegal duties.

Routine duties include drafting basic pleadings, calculating and calendaring deadlines, filing documents with federal, state, and administrative tribunals, experience with e-discovery software, and day-to-day administrative and case management duties. Necessary computer skills include a high level of computer competency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with state and federal court case-management systems, such as the federal CM/ECF system. Familiarity with Work 10 is a plus.
