The Role
As Head of Sales – Mid-Market, you will be a founding senior commercial hire focused on the mid-law and in-house legal segments. You will report directly to the executive team and shape the company’s next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market strategy and full sales cycle for the mid-market client segment (law firms and in-house legal departments).
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
- Define and implement sales processes, forecasting, compensation models, and territory planning.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success to align market feedback and refine positioning.
- Engage directly with C-level decision-makers, negotiating and closing complex SaaS agreements.
Ideal Background
- Proven track record in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within legal tech or adjacent B2B technology.
- Experience building and managing a sales team and owning quota from strategy through execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable selling complex, high-value technology solutions to senior legal stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
