What You'll Do:

Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys and legal support staff who genuinely have each other's backs.

Develop case strategies and manage diverse immigration matters from start to finish.

Handle family-based petitions, waivers, consular processing, and removal defense.

Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and responses to NOIDs and RFEs.

Prepare clients for court and USCIS interviews; attend hearings and interviews as needed.

Conduct detailed legal research and maintain timely communication with clients.

Keep accurate case files and notes using our client management system.
What We're Looking For:

Juris Doctor and active bar admission (any state)

Fluent in Spanish-our clients' stories are told in many languages

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Ethical, motivated, and able to thrive in a team-oriented setting

Immigration law experience highly preferred, especially in family-based and deportation defense
-
Previous case management experience a plus
