Job Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile Investor inventory between DRA reporting system and the Firms case management system
  • Report main core events of foreclosure and bankruptcy cases to Investor manually or via import  
  • Review and resolve failed event validations in DRA
  • Pull routine DRA reporting and distribute to leadership
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Investor reporting contacts
  • Pull, augment and provide monthly reporting to multiple clients
  • Cross train and assist in other departments to ensure continuity 

 

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a legal assistant support role or in a similar position.
  • Legal experience in the foreclosure or bankruptcy field is desired
  • Ability to work in high volume, fast passed environment
  • Ability and willingness to assist other teams when needed
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, be detail-orientated and highly productive
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to work and problem solve independently 
  • Experience working remote and have a high degree of self-discipline to maintain productivity and focus
  • Must have a Positive attitude

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift and overtime as needed. 
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid - Remote Schedule
