The Member Services CLE Coordinator will play an integral role on the Member Services team. The position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of CLE (Continuing Legal Education) for NAAG programs. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently, and ensure compliance with state regulators. Additionally, this role requires strong communication and troubleshooting skills to support NAAG members. The Member Services CLE Coordinator is supervised by the Membership & Operations Manager.
Typical Day:- Manage a high volume of CLE reporting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support services and assist members through the CLE and support inbox.
- Process CLE applications for eligible NAAG programs in all applicable jurisdictions
- Ensure CLE requests are processed with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CLE records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage accreditation and sponsorship renewals.
- Review agendas and ensure sessions are listed in accordance with CLE guidelines
- Prepare and submit member services reports as needed.
- Handle member inquiries and provide support related to member services.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Is this You:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a legal or educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Motivated to improve processes and organize data efficiently.

NAAG is headquartered in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work schedule.
Terrific Compensation Package
- Salary range for this position is $48,000.00-$50,000.00, commensurate with experience.commensurate with experience
