Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury Attorney

Seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice civil litigation attorney for the Boston, Massachusetts office.

Areas of Concentration:

• Hospital and Medical Malpractice
• Nursing Home / Long-term Care Facilities
• Products Liability
• Professional Liability
• Tort and Liability Defense

Qualifications: 

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar with at least 2 years of trial experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Applicants should be self-starters with solid research and writing skills, and a strong academic record.
• 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience (5 years maximum).

Salary: $110K – $135K (salary commensurate with experience).
