Associate Attorney, Litigation

Elardo Bragg Rossi & Palumbo P.C. seeks an individual for an Associate Litigation Counsel position who will work for and under the mentorship of a Partner. Position involves litigation of tort cases, construction defect, coverage, and conservatorship. This individual's responsibilities will include: joint management, analysis, and litigation through trial.

Candidates will assist with discovery, disclosures, depositions, arbitrations and jury trials. The candidates will need to be responsible, confident and able to manage her or his own case load under superivision.
