Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Construction Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants and clients by providing legal assistance and expertise on construction-related matters.

Assist consultants in analyzing construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research on construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files, documents, and databases.
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects.
Assist in the preparation of expert reports and testimony for construction disputes and litigation.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Paralegal certification or relevant training preferred.
3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on construction law.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is a plus.
