
We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused IT Associate to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware, software, network-related issues and a proven ability to deliver high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier service to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams following defined escalation procedures.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk system (e.g., Fresh Service).
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and deactivation.
• Support remote users using remote access tools (e.g., Ninja RMM with embedded remote access).
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement and training initiatives within the helpdesk team.
• 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, AWS and Entra.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
Preferred Skills:
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certification.
• Knowledge of SaaS applications, VPNs, and security protocols.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Additional Details:
- This role requires you to report to our Providence, RI office daily. You must feel comfortable working in an office setting.
- Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm ET with a 30-minute lunch period. Occasional evening or weekend support may be required based on business need.
