Corporate Counsel

JOB SUMMARY

• Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc., a global wellness company, is seeking a corporate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to support its international operations throughout Asia, Europe, and Latin America. This position will also provide guidance to the Company on international privacy and cybersecurity regulations and general legal support for the Company's operations in Lehi and Spanish Fork, Utah.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as the primary liaison with foreign counsel for legal matters in the company's international markets in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, ensuring overall regulatory and legal compliance, including cross-border business operations and global expansion into new markets.
• Guides global data privacy laws and ensures ongoing privacy and cybersecurity requirements compliance. Collaborates with the IT Team to assess data protection risks. Drafts and maintains privacy policies, data processing agreements, and internal protocols relating to personal data handling and security practices.
• Provides legal support to the Company's manufacturing and global supply chain organizations. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates Company MSAs and other vendor, supply, distribution, and manufacturing agreements.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts that impact all areas of the business
• Oversee subsidiary management and corporate secretarial functions for international subsidiaries
• Supports the company's international compliance programs and initiatives, including Code of Conduct training, FCPA, and sanctions compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Three to five years of relevant legal experience
• Basic knowledge of global data privacy laws and cybersecurity frameworks
• Basic knowledge of legal frameworks in international markets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with Business Partners and Executives
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing in at least one state in the U.S.
