Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Coordinator
LOCATION: 211 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
STATUS: Full time
CLOSING: Open until filled
SALARY: $ 35,000.00 annually
BENEFITS: Full State of Oklahoma benefits including generous monthly allowance for health coverage, paid sick and vacation leave earned monthly. Paid holidays.
POSITION SUMMARY: This support staff position is titled Warehouse Coordinator. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the organizing of past criminal and civil files, including bar scanning for location of file(s), collecting files as requested by other staff, scanning and shredding of qualifying files.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills
- Must be punctual
- Be able to multitask.
- Must be up to speed with technology.
- Work well with others
- Being able to separate personal and work.
- Employed with 1 year job experience (preferred)
- High School diploma
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Job candidates must have maturity and excellent people skills, should be detail oriented, and enjoy working on a team and understand team dynamics.
- Data input numbers and names.
- Physically able to lift
- A self-starter, motivated
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Honesty and Integrity.
- Must pass criminal background check
- Attendance and reliability are of the utmost importance.
