Draftable is a fast-growing legal-tech software company used by law firms and in-house teams globally. Since launching our flagship legal document comparison product in 2023, more than 900 organizations have come on board.
You’ll lead our US region as a player-coach: own a personal quota and coach a small team of account executives. We’re specifically looking for someone with strong outbound sales experience with established relationships in the legal industry.

What you’ll do
- Own a quota: full-cycle selling into US law firms (Am Law 200 / NLJ 500 focus), from prospecting to close; navigate multi-stakeholder cycles and run tailored demos.
- Leverage your network: convert existing relationships with partners, senior administrators and CIOs/CTOs into meetings, pipeline and revenue from day one.
- Lead and coach: oversee a small team of account executives; set the operating rhythm, optimize territory and account coverage, and support deal conversion.
- Build the region: sharpen outbound playbooks, attend conferences, partner with marketing on campaigns, and grow your team.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of B2B software sales, with strong outbound experience and a proven ability to sell to law firms and legal departments.
- A network across Am Law / NLJ firms and the credibility to secure warm introductions.
- Consistent quota attainment in complex cycles; comfortable running enterprise deals.
- Player-coach DNA: you can win your own deals and lift the team around you.
- Process oriented; able to codify and iterate outbound playbooks.
- A proactive approach and clear, persuasive communication style.

US-based and remote. Expect periodic travel for customer meetings, conferences and events.
Compensation & benefits
- On-target earnings (OTE): US$175,000–US$200,000, split 50/50 between base salary and commissions (some flexibility for the right player-coach profile).
- Uncapped commission with accelerators above quota.
- Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, generous paid time off and remote flexibility.
- Final package will reflect experience, location and quota.
