Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Design and execute strategies to attract and retain users for Zlayt AI’s legal software products.
- Operational Optimization: Build scalable processes that ensure efficiency and growth across all customer-facing functions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to identify opportunities, measure performance, and drive strategy adjustments.
- Partnership Development: Identify and build partnerships to enhance product distribution and brand visibility.
- Leadership and Hustle: Lead by example, motivate others, and take ownership of results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of designing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize operational processes from scratch.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion without constant oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the legal tech, legal services, or AI-driven software industry preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and growth analytics tools

- Prior experience working closely with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of B2C SaaS sales cycles and customer success processes.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:$120,000- $130,000
- Revenue Sharing: Additional revenue-sharing opportunity, tied directly to the company’s performance and growth.
