Job Title: Sales Executive (Consult Legal Assistant) 
 
Mission: Acquire funded agreements from qualified clients that align with the services we provide.
 
Connection to Firm Mission: As a Sales Executive (Consult Legal Assistant)  you will offer an empowering experience to new clients, ensuring they feel safe and secure with Sterling.

Status: Full-time
Supervisor: Sales Manager
Schedule: Flexible Work Hours; 7am - 6pm (CST)

Your Compensation Plus Benefits:
  • $75,000 base with $100,000 to $150,000 total compensation expectations

Metric Goals
  • KPIs: Show to Funded Agreement (FA) rate of over 29%
  • ABPs: Quality Assurance Followed by All (FBAs) compliance rate of over 90
  • Metro Performance Goal: Ensure the assigned metro area meets or exceeds 90% of its forecasted goal.
Responsibilities
  • Attend all required meetings.
  • Follow the firm’s consult process from end to end. 
  • Participate in weekly training and practice sessions to enhance empathy and sales skills.
