Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Draft and argue dispositive motions

• Represent clients at hearings in both state and federal courts

• Perform legal research and analysis

• Draft coverage opinions and conduct EUOs (Examinations Under Oath) when applicable

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Colorado

• Strong background in litigation; insurance litigation such as Personal Injuries experience strongly preferred

• Construction defect experience is a plus

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging legal technology tools

• Proactive, creative problem-solver with strong judgment

• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Professional, collegial, and positive attitude
