EvenUp is seeking an exceptional Director of Product to shape the future of our platform and drive meaningful impact. Reporting to our VP of Product & Design, this person will lead a critical part of our platform, managing a number of product managers  and collaborating with leaders  across engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions. This leadership role offers the opportunity to define bold strategies, inspire a high-performing team, and apply your expertise in product management and AI/ML technologies to solve exciting challenges.

What you'll do:

• Oversee a significant part of the EvenUp platform, managing 3-4 product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing, sales, etc) to deliver exceptional value.

• Leverage your deep domain knowledge in AI to align user needs with business goals and keep EvenUp at the cutting edge of AI. 

• Create a winning product roadmap and execute. 

• Maintain a customer-first approach by spending time with prospects and customers to understand their needs and ensure a simple, intuitive user experience across the platform.

• Collaborate on defining the business model and monetization strategies to unlock new opportunities and drive long-term growth for EvenUp.

• Drive data literacy and utilize data effectively to make informed decisions, balancing analysis with rapid execution in a test-and-learn environment.

• Foster a culture that emphasizes rapid iterations, experimentation, and learning to adapt and innovate in response to evolving customer and market needs.

What we look for:

• 10+ years of product experience with a focus on AI services or applications.

• 4+ years managing experienced product management teams, ideally 5 or more.

• Demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

• Proven ability to set ambitious goals, make data-informed decisions, and deliver measurable results aligned with company objectives.

• Strong track record of transforming complex problems into simple, impactful user experiences with a relentless focus on customer needs.

• Skilled in building trust-based relationships across diverse teams and effectively communicating strategies and plans to executive and company-wide audiences.

• Deep problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments to deliver impactful outcomes.
