Job Title: Junior Associate Attorney

Aspen Careers is currently working with a local firm that is seeking to hire a Junior Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of civil litigation experience to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain significant courtroom experience, enjoy work-life balance, and work toward a partnership track within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court, including hearings and trials.
• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and workload management.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Experience in or desire to be in the courtroom on a regular basis
